Micro Volume Sprayer
The purpose of the Micro Volume Sprayer is to distribute small quantities of liquids into very small uniform droplets. Uniformity is important realising that a droplet with a tenfold diameter contains a thousand times volume. This technique (ULV: ultra low volume) leads to the best possible result of the liquid. A number of liquids (e.g. enzymes, flavours) and applications (e.g. dust suppression) require a spraying system in which a minimal volume of liquid is used in the most economical way.
SMOG atomizer
Smog atomization ensures liquids such as fats, molasses, methionine, lysine and choline chlorid can be evenly dispersed in animal feedstuff. The liquids are pulverised with centrifugal forces created by a high speed rotating cylinder with high volume air assistance. Impurities in the liquids will not block the smog atomizer. The minimum inside diameter of the injector is 12mm.
